Our Journey
YogaKshema is a not-for-profit organization founded on 28th April 2007, and run by a group of committed volunteers dedicated to the cause of improving the quality of life of people in the community. This not only includes the general population at large, but also specifically those who are survivors of chronic illnesses and their caregivers too.

Our Vision
To “improve the Quality of Life of people and help them make lifestyle changes”. Latest advances in neuroscience and positive psychology is put forth in a simple and understandable manner.
Our Mission
To “provide holistic, complementary treatment for those with chronic illnesses and their care givers as well as to create awareness among community members about illness and health to empower them to lead healthier lives".
