  •  We have intentionally moved beyond the “survival” mode, thereby creating the opportunity for personal growth and self-transformation. 
  • By integrating and applying core values in our daily lives, we continually evolve by sharing our experiences with friends, family, and colleagues. This process helps transform fixed mindsets into evolving ones.
  •  Positive behavioral changes significantly enhance the quality of our lives and those of the people around us. 
  • Initially, Dr. Usha Vasthare conducted support group meetings and subsequent follow-ups. These meetings are held in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, which helps individuals concentrate on self-improvement.
  • At the faculty level, each member is continually evolving by supporting various groups and individuals they know.

 Our journey began with a focus on a single institution, Sri Vani School, where we worked closely with teachers to enhance their overall well-being. As our methods and impact gained recognition, we expanded our reach to collaborate with principals and professionals from various educational institutions and fields. Today, through the ECHO global platform, we are able to share our expertise and innovative approaches with a wider audience. This platform allows us to connect, support, and empower educators and professionals worldwide, improving their quality of life. Our commitment to fostering growth and excellence remains steadfast as we continue to make a global impact.

 Our commitment to mental health and well-being has evolved significantly, starting with a single-day depression workshop and expanding into an extensive 15-day depression management program at Navachetana Retreat in Vadodara. This comprehensive program is designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge, practical strategies, and personalized support to effectively manage and overcome depression. Through a blend of therapeutic sessions, holistic practices, and peer support, attendees gain valuable tools and insights to enhance their mental health. The serene environment of Nisargopachar Kendra offers a perfect setting for reflection, healing, and growth, allowing individuals to embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Depression Workshops

 Our wellness initiatives encompass a wide range of programs designed to address specific needs within the community. One such initiative includes wellness awareness talks focused on addressing anxiety. These talks aim to educate and equip individuals with effective strategies to manage anxiety, promoting mental well-being and resilience. Additionally, we offer the Sukshma Vyayama trainer’s program, specifically tailored for elderly care. This program trains individuals in gentle yet powerful exercises that enhance physical health and mobility among the elderly. By combining mental health education with physical wellness practices, we strive to improve the overall quality of life for all members of the community.

The Attitude of Gratitude Journal encourages individuals to cultivate a mindset of thankfulness, helping to enhance overall happiness and life satisfaction. The Kindness Counts Journal promotes acts of kindness and their positive impact on both the giver and the receiver, fostering a more compassionate community. For those struggling with negative thinking, Understanding ANT's (Automated Negative Thoughts) provides insights and strategies to combat these detrimental thought patterns. The Be a Stroke Hero guide educates readers on recognizing and responding to stroke symptoms, empowering them to save lives. Our publications also include works in regional languages, such as ಎಲ್ಲಾವೂ ಇದೆ ಆದರೇ and 'ಮನ'ದೊಡತಿ ಮನೆಯೊಡತಿ, which delve into local cultural and mental health topics, making them accessible and relevant to a broader audience. Through these diverse offerings, we aim to support and inspire individuals on their journey towards a more fulfilling and mindful life.

Our workshops and support programs extend globally, with offerings in South Africa, Ireland, the UK, and the US. Through partnerships with Ramakrishna Ashram and other esteemed organizations, we ensure that our initiatives reach a broad and varied audience. By addressing these vital areas, we aim to create a more compassionate and emotionally resilient world.
